Terms of service
Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Intuzu LLC ("Intuzu", "we", "us") for your use of Reelhouse, including reelhouse.io, app.reelhouse.io and the Reelhouse app. By creating an account or using Reelhouse you agree to them. If you use Reelhouse for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.
What Reelhouse does
Reelhouse helps you plan social media content, makes videos and images from the information and files you provide, and publishes the posts you approve to social media accounts you connect.
Your account
Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can invite teammates and choose what each of them can do.
Your content
You own what you upload and the videos, images, scripts and captions Reelhouse makes for you. You give us permission to store, process and adapt that content only as needed to run Reelhouse for you, including sending it to the platforms you tell us to publish to.
You're responsible for your content and your posts. That means having the rights to the photos, logos and other files you upload, making sure prices, offers and claims are accurate, and following the rules of each platform you post to.
AI-made content
Reelhouse uses AI to write scripts and captions and to make voice-overs. AI can get facts wrong. Review each script and caption before you approve it; you can change any line. Publishing is always your decision.
Connected social accounts
When you connect an account, you let Reelhouse publish posts you approve and read basic statistics about them. You can disconnect at any time. Each platform's own terms apply to what you post there. If you connect YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Platforms can change their rules or limit access at any time, and some haven't finished reviewing Reelhouse yet. When automatic posting isn't available on a platform, Reelhouse gives you a ready-to-post kit instead. We can't guarantee that any platform will accept, show or keep a post.
Plans, credits and billing
- The free trial gives a one-time set of credits to each verified email address.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of credits per billing month; unused credits don't carry over.
- Making a video uses credits. If a video fails to make, the credits are returned automatically.
- You can cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month isn't refunded unless the law requires it.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before we change the price of your plan.
Acceptable use
Don't use Reelhouse to make or post content that is illegal, deceptive, infringes someone else's rights, harasses people, or breaks a platform's rules; to impersonate another person or business; to send spam; or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can delete your business or account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we're legally required to close. We'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Disclaimers
Reelhouse is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your posts will reach a particular audience or result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Intuzu isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about Reelhouse is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect. Using Reelhouse after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Intuzu LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
