Delete your data

You can remove everything Reelhouse holds about you and your business. Any of these works.

In the app

1. Open app.reelhouse.io and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Business and choose Delete business.
3. Confirm. Your business details, files, videos, plan and connected-account tokens are deleted within 7 days.

To disconnect only one social account, go to Connections and choose Disconnect. Its tokens are deleted immediately.

By email

Email support@intuzu.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Reelhouse data". We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

From Facebook or Instagram

1. Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find Reelhouse and choose Remove.
3. That stops Reelhouse's access right away. To also delete the data Reelhouse received from Meta, email us as above; we delete it within 7 days.

From other platforms

• YouTube / Google: remove Reelhouse at Google security settings. Data we received from Google is deleted within 30 days of revocation, or within 7 days if you ask us.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (or Manage app permissions) → Reelhouse → Remove access.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Reelhouse → Remove.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → Reelhouse → Revoke access.

Posts already published to your accounts stay there until you delete them on each platform. Encrypted backups roll off within 35 days of deletion. See the privacy policy for details.
