Reelhouse is a service from Intuzu LLC ("Intuzu", "we", "us") that helps small businesses plan, make and publish videos and images to their own social media accounts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can get it deleted. Questions go to support@intuzu.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and name, and the sign-in codes we send you.
  • Business details you give us: your business name, website, description, services, prices, contact details, colors, fonts and logo. If you give us a website address, we read that site's public pages and images to suggest these details.
  • Files you upload: photos, logos, screenshots and clips.
  • What Reelhouse makes for you: your content plan, scripts, captions, voice-overs, videos and images.
  • Connected social accounts: when you connect YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or X, we receive and store the account's id, name, handle and profile picture, and access tokens that let us post on your behalf. After we publish, we store the post's id and link and basic performance numbers (views, likes, comments).
  • Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids and your plan; we never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps in our server logs, kept for up to 30 days to keep the service secure and working.

Cookies and browser storage

The Reelhouse app keeps your sign-in token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. On this website (reelhouse.io) we use PostHog product analytics, which sets a first-party cookie, to see which pages are viewed, what is clicked and your approximate location; we never sell that data. We don't use advertising cookies or advertising trackers, and no third parties serve ads or content in Reelhouse.

How we use it

  • To make the content you ask for: your plan, scripts, captions, voice-overs, videos and images.
  • To publish the posts you approve, at the times you choose, to the accounts you connected. We never post anything you haven't approved.
  • To show you how your posts perform and suggest what to make next.
  • To run your account: sign-in, billing, support, and security.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it or your connected accounts' data to train artificial intelligence models.

AI processing

Reelhouse writes plans, scripts and captions and describes your photos using Claude models from Anthropic, run on Amazon Bedrock by Amazon Web Services. Voice-overs are made with Amazon Polly. Amazon Bedrock does not use your inputs or outputs to train models, and neither do we. AI can make mistakes, so you can review and change every script and caption before anything is made or posted.

Social platform data

YouTube. Reelhouse uses YouTube API Services to upload videos you approve to your YouTube channel and to read basic statistics about them. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Reelhouse's access at any time from your Google security settings. Reelhouse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We refresh or delete stored YouTube data at least every 30 days.

Instagram and Facebook. We use Meta's official APIs to publish to the Instagram professional account or Facebook Page you connect, and to read basic post insights. You can remove Reelhouse from your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and websites at any time; see how to delete your data.

LinkedIn, TikTok and X. We use each platform's official API to publish to the account you connect and to read basic post statistics. You can revoke access in that platform's settings for connected apps at any time.

Tokens for connected accounts are encrypted before they are stored, are used only to act on your requests, and are deleted as soon as you disconnect the account.

Who we share it with

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, databases, email, Amazon Bedrock (AI writing) and Amazon Polly (voice-overs).
  • Stripe — payments.
  • The social platforms you connect — the posts you approve, sent to your own accounts.
  • The law — if we are legally required to, or to protect people from harm or fraud.
  • A buyer — if Intuzu or Reelhouse is sold or merged, this policy still applies to your information.

How long we keep it

  • Your account, business details, files and content stay while your account is open.
  • Disconnecting a social account deletes its tokens immediately.
  • When you delete your business or account, or ask us to, we delete your information within 7 days. Encrypted database backups roll off within 35 days after that.
  • We may keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Social account tokens are additionally sealed with AES-256-GCM using a key specific to your business. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run Reelhouse.

Your choices

You can see and edit your business details and content in the app, download your videos, disconnect accounts, and delete your business at any time. To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, email support@intuzu.com. We answer within 7 days.

Children

Reelhouse is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account owners and update the date at the top before the change takes effect.
